Photos, bills, PDFs — they live in your own Google Drive, not on our server. We hold only a read-only audit pointer. Revoke our access from Google any time. This is the "BYOD" (Bring Your Own Drive) pattern, and it's the central design choice of AX. Built for India's DPDP Act 2023.
Staff can speak (voice notes, Hindi or Hinglish), type natural language ("chai pe pachas lag gaya"), or use the AX:* shortcode. All three paths route to the same row in the same sheet. Whisper transcribes, Gemini/Claude classifies, our bridge routes.
Google Drive, and eventually WhatsApp (Premium tier), are connected via the customer's own credentials. We don't subsidise message costs. Margin stays clean from day one, and customer's brand sits on every outgoing message.
