Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work at AutomationXpert. Real risk-reversal, plain English, no legalese where we can avoid it.
1 · 24-hour setup guarantee
100% money-back if we don't set you up within 24 hours of payment. If we miss the window — no questions asked, full refund processed within 7 working days.
2 · Lifetime plans (₹999, ₹2,949 founder, ₹4,999)
- 7-day full refund window from the date of payment. Write to us, we process within 7 working days.
- After 7 days, lifetime plans are non-refundable, but you keep access for life.
- If service is permanently discontinued by us within 12 months, we issue a full refund.
3 · Monthly subscription plans (AX Pro ₹2,499/month, Premium ₹4,999/month)
- Cancel anytime from your account dashboard, by WhatsApp message, or by email.
- No partial-month refunds. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle; service runs through the paid period.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of first payment and have not used the service, we issue a full refund.
4 · How to request a refund
Send one message to +91 98200 27850 on WhatsApp, or email rohstar@gmail.com, with:
- Your registered business name
- The registered WhatsApp number
- Payment transaction ID (we email it after purchase)
We respond within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 7 working days to the original payment method.
5 · What is NOT refundable
- Payments to Meta for WhatsApp template messages on Premium tier (these are pass-through to Meta and non-recoverable).
- GST charged on your invoice (we have already remitted this to the government).
- Onboarding effort outside the 7-day window for lifetime plans.
6 · Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — we will almost always solve the problem faster than the bank's process. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in suspension and forfeiture of the refund.
